water preparation
Water preparation means the adaptation of natural water (e.g.: rainwater) to the requirements for drinking and process water. Substances must either be removed or added depending on what the water is to be used for.
Drinking water:
Drinking water can be prepared from mixing surface water with reservoir water. Substances which are not allowed to be present in drinking water (e.g.: pathogenic micro-organisms) are removed in accordance with DIN 2000.
Technical water (e.g. feeder water):
Feeder water is often used to operate steam boilers. It is prepared beforehand so that it contains no substances which are harmful to the boiler.
We would be delighted to assist you with our team in planning and constructing such water preparation systems.
